To resolve the issue please follow the below troubleshooting steps :
1. Kindly Go to settings > General management > Reset > Reset setting.
2. Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Face recognition > tap Remove face data to remove your registered face and register your face again.
If issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on”+” icon>send feedback> Error report/Ask question)
