To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Kindly check with another charger.
2. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > charger/USB).
3. Charge your device in switch off mode
4. For further assistance register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on”+” icon>send feedback> Error report/Ask question)
