Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
> Check the latest software update (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
