It's your comfort brother how you like to see.. In practical you don't see much difference maybe 5-6% drain in normal mode.. But if you have Instagram and YouTube note that they drain heavily compared to dark mode. Also, i have sight and dark mode seems perfect to me to reduce strain.. So, totally depends on how you prefer.
