Tech Talkgo back to settings and you will see a new option called Developer Options. click that and scroll down to see windows animation scale, transition animation scale and animation duration. change the scale to Zero or 0.5 Whatever you prefer. if you want fast animations then .5 and if no animations then 0.
i personally prefer 0.5 because it looks good but if battery is of utmost importance to you then 0
