automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

Anyone of you guys are facing the problem of automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

My phone automatic restart and takes too long to reach on home screen. It shows samsung logo 4-5 min while restarting. Anyone please tell me, why it is happening??

I think it might be due to software issue.Try to update or format the device.

Reset your accessibility setting. check your developers option for application run is standard or not if yes then select at least 4 process

it's a manufacturing defect .
I face it . I do all above mentioned theories but still have restarting issue on my mobile .

EUREKA !!!!
I got M31 auto restarting solution .
Right now I don't need to change my Customized settings again and again by default .
I Delete a file ".config update " and after that everything is now okay on my mobile .
I don't know why its have on by default on my mobile .
But thank god "
after deleting it my Auto Restarting issue is solved .

Where to find this file?

This file have on Samsung M31 File Root Path (MyFiles) .
Connect the Device to Desktop , so its show on above and also for easily Delete .
But its come back again if doing any of those... Factory Reset / Software Update / Reset / Format .
Because it's a Default file .
