automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

Anyone of you guys are facing the problem of automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

My phone automatic restart and takes too long to reach on home screen. It shows samsung logo 4-5 min while restarting. Anyone please tell me, why it is happening??

After many days of research I found this solution and is working fine with my m31.

What you guys need to do is...Turn off all optimizations.

On settings search "Auto Optimize Daily" and just turn it off.

If it doesnt work, turn off battery optimizations also... 

............

And if you are already stuck on long boot loops then just press power+volume down till the time it restarts again.
