automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

Anyone of you guys are facing the problem of automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

My phone automatic restart and takes too long to reach on home screen. It shows samsung logo 4-5 min while restarting. Anyone please tell me, why it is happening??

i have checked the safe mode also, the problem still persists. already shared system logs. if it is a generic issue then samsung must roll out a patch to resolve the issue.
is there any update on the same.

I am also facing the same issue and now my phone is out of warranty period and local repair shops say that it's a motherboard issue and charging 3000 Rs to solve it.

yes. I am facing such issue from today. whenever incoming call comes, mobile automatically restarted. folks do you have any solutions for this. or shall I need to visit authorised service center.
