automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

Anyone of you guys are facing the problem of automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

My phone automatic restart and takes too long to reach on home screen. It shows samsung logo 4-5 min while restarting. Anyone please tell me, why it is happening??

I found a solution
1. go to general management in your phone setting.
2. click on reset option
3. reset all the network settings
4. reset all accessibility settings
5. reset your phone setting to default ( this will take a restart)
6. now you all set keep using your phone without any problem.

Hi,

    Why to reset everything in the phone. What if we need our own custom settings.

I facing this issue "Automatically Restart" when I Power Off / Shutdown my M31 Device in last two days .
It's not possible to us to change our Customized Settings regularly .
Its painful for us .

then try safe mode,
for safe mode tap the power on/off option from notification pannel when power on/off option apper press and hold for few.
then you see the safe mode option. when you click on this it will take a restart and you are able to see safe mode logo at the bottom on left side of the screen.
use 5-10 min. in safe mode and then restart the phone again and see the issue is resolve or not.
