Hey,,

I am using galaxy m40, from couple of days I am facing very frequently app crashing,

Any one can suggest some technical help please.

Try to Update your application from Playstore and Restart it once

I didn't find Samsung notes app in play store for update

You didn't find or found the app but no update. You can find same app in galaxy store as well. Checkout there too as sometimes galaxy app updates gets pushed to galaxy store first and then to play store for update.

Kindly perform the below mentioned few of the quick steps:

1) Check space availability: keep at least 20% internal memory free.
-Settings > Device Care > Storage.

2) Check internal memory space: To improve the performance RAM of the device should be free. So, clear the RAM memory once in a day.
-Settings > Device care > Memory.

If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes):-
