There is a problem in November security patch update. after updating my a50 i am unable to register fingerprint.

Request you to perform some troubleshooting steps shared below to resolve the issue:

 

1. Please disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard, if attached.

2. Post removing the screen guard, register new fingerprints in the device.

3. Ensure that the fingerprint recognition area and your fingers are clean and dry.

4. If the issue persists, please visit the nearby service center for the inspection of the device.
