bro its is for storage optimization. The unused apps will be compressed and keep the zip files in that app. So in future if you need to use one of those app you can simply unzip the particular app from there and use so you don't need to keep the app apk and not necessary to download it again

yes. But remember you should keep apps that are temporary not using , because if you add an app that is used frequently you need to unzip it again, where it is time wasting

Its mostly used for saving storage of your device..especially apps which are not used frequently gt zipped automatically and rest you can also do it manually..good feature for devices having less storage..
