Wifi connectivity problem

I purchased Samsung galaxy m31 4 months back. The WiFi is not working properly in the phone. It shows connected but no Internet even though it is working on other devices. When I connected my Bluetooth earphones, the WiFi shows exclamation mark. Even if I reboot the router its not working, I request Samsung to do something about this issue

send feedback to samsung via member app if still this problem occurred go to service center reinstall software or install via smart switch
