Why samsung not providing any app lock till now ...?

Many upadates where comming day to day life in samsung mobiles but till now samsung not providing or not focusing inbuilt applock... why..? secure folder is not an option for app lock or update S SECURE for current level to use .

Comparing to other mobiles every mobile has basic facility inbuilt app lock but samsung has no options for app locks
