Samsung Accessibility Expert Team availability in India #InnovationLab

Hi sir/mam, I am a Samsung user with partially Blindness. I want an Accessibility Expert team in India. For your information India is the Capital of the Blind with minimum 1 crore 90 lakhs Blind according to the WHO. In Accessibility features for the Blind (Samsung Talkback, TTS, Bixby vision etc), Partially Blind (Background colour change, zoom in and Bold font) means Low Vision, Deaf and who cannot speak (Text to voice and voice to text etc) etc Samsung comes in top 5 companies that's why so many Indian Blind users have Samsung Products like me. As Samsung disabled users we do not get good service from the Customer Care and Service centre from Samsung like a non- Disable user because Samsung agents do not have enough knowledge about the Accessibility features as per my all-Blind friends and my experiences. Talkback is not a small and useless feature for me unlike you but it is a very important and useful feature for me without it mobile is a just a square rectangle box. I am assuming now you have understood the importance of each and every one Accessibility feature for the disabled. Accessibility is a very big area for the disabled that's why there is law for technical service providers that companies have to provide a separate Accessibility answer desk so disable users get help from the agent who is expert in the Accessibility features. We disable mostly face issues in Accessibility features because Accessibility features are too complicated in use. I can tell you as a late Blind and who operated his mobile till beginning of the 11th class without any Accessibility features usage. Long story short I want a deadline of availability of Samsung Accessibility Expert Team in India when you are providing this team in Samsung USA and Canada subsidiary since long back so why does not this team can not be available in Capital of the Blind. Accessibility team can help us in all Samsung products like Mobile, TAB, TV, Laptop, Watch, Frizz, Printer and AC etc because in the latest version of the Samsung all products Accessibility features are available. In India Google and Apple both provide this team. Some solutions of this issue are as follows- · Give Accessibility expert team service from Samsung USA and Canada= Accessibility expert team setup process will take time. In the meantime, Samsung can provide this team service from Samsung USA and Canada. Now USA and Canada team is not compelling to answer us on the email. In the result they do not answer us. · Use Be my eyes app for providing the team services= This team service also be provided through Be my eyes app. For your information Be my eyes app is a many award-winning app which has crodes of Blind users and Volunteers. Many big tech companies like Google, Microsoft, Link ten, Sportify and many others companies provide their Accessibility expert answer team through this app across the world. #innovation lab 54 Samsung is absolutely right in India, we are not looking for any problem in the blind user, but the company has to park somewhere else, but the accessibility needs to be solved by the company's AVN problem i am not ready

Does Samsung have any idea of his crodes of Indian disabled users? Please make a very solid policy for Indian disable users. In the end Samsung will also take proper benifit from the policy. First of all please know how many disabled users Samsung have in India.
