Why my m31s internet gets disconnected again again

I am using airtel 4g Sim in both of my devices m31s and in OPPO. Both Sim cards belongs to same state.  Why my m31s phone get disconnected from internet again and again while OPPO don't disconnects it is running good....?

Example:
My father brought a phone of OPPO F3 at 2017. Now he using OPPO Reno 6, but My mother's M31 still can't reach the internet speed more than 2.5 mbps. But if you see the Oppo F3 network speed you will be shocked! Because the internet speed is 4 to 5 mbps. They both are connected to same WiFi network!

Reset your phone to solve this problem, but my mom's M31 also have this problem, I think if you want permanent solution, then only way that leave samsung. (Network Problem)

My father used Airtel, Disgusting network!! 700kb to 1.2 mbps in our area. Worth.

Min: 1 MB/S

Wow that's great! Mine max speed 7 to 8 mbps and min 600kb, but sometimes it changed for the network up down as you know.
