When opening Smart Switch on my PC, I receive an error that says "The program can't start because WMVCore.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
If the error occurs after reinstalling, service is required. Please contact the Samsung Support Center to request service.
WMVCore.dll is a Windows system file (part of Windows Media Player) and should be protected by Windows File Protection. The obvious thing to do would be to run sfc /scannow from an Elevated Command Prompt, but given Samsung's statement above, there may be a more complicated issue to deal with.
