What is samsung becoming ?

I mean i love the fact of no convince fee stupidity like Google, but not charging convince fee is not a feature or offer, it's just normal. So why is samsung continously pushing such notifications with no way to stop them other than turning of the primary notifications of the app ? And why is samsung even creating such notifications in the first place ?

Mine stuck while zooming and appears blur, again i readjust by zoom out ad in then it works also photo quality is compromised then earlier
