I have been reading posts on secure folder being disabled if purchased phone through Samsung Finance.

Imagine Maruti Finance disabling your car's AC till the EMI is completed.

it's because of sf+ security bro .... actually what was happened previously that even after purchase device from Samsung finance also users freely used secure folder for 3 to 4 months.... so now Samsung introduced sf+ where secure folder will only unlocked when you complete all of your emi payments 🤓 but don't worry built-in knox security service can't be locked so it's available as it was

Actually this mode is completely different from normal bank emi..so this payment system has some tncs where they can block secure folder and developer options till all installments get completed.

Don't if those statements really male some.sense or not, but fact is if your device is on samsung finance+,then you have to compromise with these two features..
