Wallpaper Motion effect is missing

After updating my phone to android10 the beloved motion effect feature in wallpaper setting has disappeared.  Please help !! How can I get it back ??

yup it was is anroid 9 (pie)
they chose to remove it in android 10

You can't, it's been removed.

🤗 removed for all wallpaper...only you can apply effect if some wallpaper made up of built-in motion effect.....example..infinity wallpaper
