Volume problem

From lots of days I am facing ringing problem of phone. I can see see missed call but my phone is not ringing ,also facing audio and video volume problem. I was thinking that I am only facing such issues but my friends are also having that issues.

Once perform normal phone reset settings

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Note:This will change all settings to default
