Iam having a Galaxy SM01,few days back I performed device encryption.Everything went fine but when I plugged my new earphone its volume control and pause/play button stops functioning.Iam very worried about this.I tried every possible type of solution but everything went in vain.I even performed factory data reset but still the problem exists.what should I do now.
