Vibrations issue

My phone keeps on vibrating for notifications from all the apps. There's no option to control that intensity of vibration as it is There in other galaxy phones like m40. Only a few apps like instagram have control over the separate vibration pattern unlike WhatsApp. This is really ridiculous. If anyone has any solution to my query plz reply asap.

There is manual process..

go to app info>select notifications>turn off vibrations from there
