Upload mode!!

Please someone help me out.

From last two days, my phone (galaxy F62) is automatically opening up upload mode frequently and I have to restart it each time.

I am totally frustrated. Please help.

Please clean cache first and check power button or volume button

Can you let me know how to go into recovery mode in F62?

turn of your phone then connect with usb cable to other phone or laptop then press power key and volume up key equally .. when samsung logo appear then Release the keys.. done.

I searched on internet and read that wiping cache partition may help. But I am not able to access recovery mode.
