Update problem

Hi!

I am using Samsung Galaxy M31. I saw software update notification and  I downloaded it all but while installing update it appear SUPER : Built Id does not match with the reference.

Volume Down Key + Power Key for more than 7 secs :Cancel (restart phone)

After pressing these two keys, the same problem continues. Please help. I am not able to use my phone.

use samsung smart switch for pc software connect phone and start emergency recovery software

PC is not recognising the mobile. So how to  connect to smart switch ??

it is not helping. I am using MacAir. Any other solution? please help.

i am facing the same problem.. my device is not booting up after update ..
