1) check the ram , 6gb ram is minimum to provide better experience, I mean choose the phone with atleast 6gb ram.
2) Check the storage type, if you are buying above 10,000 check if it has ufs or emmc.For people who don't understand if simply ufs is faster, better and efficient then emmc. Also it affects overall performance.
3) If you are buying a phone above 15,000 check the display type, if you are a multimedia consumer then go for super amoled but if you only play games the pls is enough.
4) check the camera,if you are buying a phone above 16,000 check if it has ois and a ultrawide sensor. Megapixel is only a number.
5) Check for processor antutu,clock speed and throttle test. If you are buying above 15,000 then antutu score must be atleast 4,00,000 and clock speed must be 2.2 ghz also throttle test for 15 mins must show atleast 75% performance.
6) check for protection, atleast Gorilla glass 5 (above 15,000).
7) Os update, thers no issue because new Samsung phones even in budget segment provide 4years of update and 5yrs security update eg F 15, M15,M34 etc.
