If all the smartphone of Samsung ranging from 21,000 onwards would have IP rating than it would be a great choice for people to buy them. I have observed that many people suggest that of using snapdragon over exynos, bcs snapdragon are reliable. 

I would like Samsung to work more on camera operations.

Then the phones will only have IP rating and nothing else to be honest. The price won't justify the internal components. And its not true that Snapdragon is more reliable than Exynos. Samsung is already doing good in camera. Yes, there are some things like 1080p 60 fps and 30s shutter speed which are absent, but otherwise they are doing good.

Instead, they should improve on the software side more.

I am talking about the basic phone camera features which have 1080p 30fps maximum the phone priced between 21,000 to 30,000 are not having good 4k video experience

Snapdragon is more reliable and faster I have used note 10 lite which had exynos chipset and the biometric was slower while when I used m51 with snapdragon chipset it has faster biometric

Its not because of the processor, it has nothing to do with biometric. A capacitive fingerprint reader (M51) will always respond better than an optical in-display one (Note 10 Lite).

Snapdragon runs faster than exynos. Belive me or not business runs by the customers feedback. So according to feedback people prefer more of Snapdragon than exynos. I have also studied it in market.

Its true thst Snapdragon runs faster than Exynos, but mostly only in GPU processing, you have studied market, I have studied components and semiconductors. Its true that people prefer Exynos but most of them have never used Exynos.

Fine, when Damsung brings Exynos with AMD, then sit with underperforming Snapdragon processors.
