Software update issue

I just bought this Samsung A55 5g yesterday and ever since it's showing this, 

"Update Paused" message I tried with every wifi network and mobile data but unable to Update 

I need solution for this is there any problem,

Yes I tried with wifi, mobile data, using other Hotspot too

It's new right so factory reset the phone and it will be fine

As per your concern, we would request you kindly check your device network once and make sure your device is properly connected to the internet connection to download the latest software version.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings-> About phone-> software update

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Hey! I have the same issue. Its been a month since I got my fone and the issue still persists. Did you get this resolved? If so, pls help me too!

Reset the phone and try it again it worked for me

Is that the only option? Every single thing, including the alarm tones have been set! Post reset is too much work for me right now. Did u try sending query from the members app as mentioned above? And did you try the updating using samsung smart switch?
