I can surely say that
By this way, Samsung will not read your post ever
But to take this suggestions to Samsung you has to use other methods...but that also in doubt that at last it will reach to concerned authority...

**one disadvantage of this, if it implemented then no new device with more software features will not flourishin market...as previous devices got most of all basic features after every UI(Android) updates...so no one will buy new devices
So a great impact on company market of Android devices
I think u got my point
This may be a case that is limited to 2-3 years of software update...
