I have galaxy A51 and the fingerprint sensor is little bit slow .....please fix it through ota update

untill you get fix by update, do these step
register again with all sides of your fingers and add same finger 1-2 times for better result

instead of this i added two thumbs in one scan and now I'm able to unlock my device with both of my thumbs 😂😂😂😂 isn't it creative?😂

Please be assured and to resolve "Fingerprint" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. We always recommend to use screen guards form Samsung only. If you are using any 3rd party screen guard/protective film/tempered glass on the phone, kindly try to re-register your fingerprint after removing it by following these steps.
Disable fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
Register a new fingerprint:-Settings> Bio metric and security>Fingerprints>Continue>Set secure screen lock>Start with center.
2. To improve recognition performance, register fingerprints of the hand used most often to perform tasks on the device.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report) along with the Video or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
