Security update stop after changing CSC

Does anyone have same issue or other experience after changing CSC?

After visiting to Customer support how's your experience??
They helped to resolve the issue or not ??

They didn't receive Security Patch update or software update,
I don't know if they visited customer support or not, sorry

As i have not received any security & or system update after csc change

Hey buddy I have talked with them and have great news for you, they change their csc which was before changing csc then they got Security Patch update and software update too
