Not possible from now on. Because making a small phone is tougher than the large phone. May be after implementation of bezzel less display we can see it coming with small display sizes.
Infact, most people like big phones to enjoy their content better, and with newer technologies, heat and space management has become harder in smaller devices, so big displays is the next BIG thing, small is outdated. Apple brought their iPhone 12 Mini, which failed.
