Screen recording application

Dear sir can u provide screen  recording  application  for  all  galaxy  mobiles   because  

Third party screen recording application is not safe to use screen recorder they ask permission like 

media ,photo ,videos ,messages , calls , camera , mick , to accesses by third party so samsung mobile owner privacy is not safe 

 For safe and secure screen recording samsung should provide 

Screen recorder application to all galaxy mobiles in play store galaxy store
