Bro this is the condition of Samsung's after sales services which these utubers praise a lot ...
They are a bunch of fools ...we can use them to make us entertain by hearing foolishness from them and make a time pass for us ...

Other than this nothing can be done thoroughly..

No youtuber praise customer care. If u watch videos of Mrwhosetheboss then he even tried testing customer care services of different brands and Samsung was the Worst

Bro we are not talking about foreign utubers....
Just checkout the samsung phones videos of Indian utubers .. they are prasing Samsung's aftersale service too much ..

Same with technology gyan and trakin tech. I watch only Beebom and Tech Burner. Because tech burner is fun and honest at the same time and yes beebom is also honest i guess.
