I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unresolved accessibility issues faced by Samsung users and me, particularly those with disabilities. Despite providing videos and detailed PDFs highlighting these issues, it appears that Samsung has not taken adequate steps to address them. 
1. User Reports: Numerous Samsung Accessibility users have reported issues consistently. 
2. InnovationLab Feedback: I personally submitted multiple issues under Samsung Members InnovationLab #
54. 
3. Lack of Response: Unfortunately, Samsung has neither acknowledged nor resolved these issues, even after more than a year. 
4. Consumer Court Complaint: As a last resort, I have filed a complaint in consumer court (docket number: 5850204[ I urge Samsung to prioritize accessibility, adhere to guidelines, and promptly address user feedback. Ensuring an inclusive experience for all users is not only a legal obligation but also a moral imperative. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter.
