Samsung cloud sees an error while syncing.

Samsung cloud backup nt dne recent days.unfortunately sees with an error like they did not detect the data network for connecting samsung cloud server.bt already connected with a high speed wifi network.the screenshot is also attached. 

Any suggestions ??

check you have allowed the background data

allowed.all apps both system apps and thrid party apps perfectly fine for connecting to data.bt this one is sees with this error
