I purchased the Samsung Wireless Power Bank (EB-U1200CPNGIN) purchased on January 29th from Samsung Smart Cafe. was facing issues of 'Short Battery life' through wirelessly since then. I have contacted customer care and they asked to reach out service centre they put it under observation and said no problem found took that product and get back it to my home and l've charged power bank to the fullest and then put my Samsung S20 FE on it. I put it at a battery level of 15% from this to 85%, Power bank battery dropped by three levels. After put my Galaxy watch on charging through wire from it got full charge. Next day morning again put my phone on charging this time I've charged from wire it got charge from 15% to 42% and battery power bank got drained out. All this I've done I made a video proof of it and shared to customer through emails and showed them to service centre. They said okay we need to check keep your product with Us and we'll check and let you

know so again put that back because Surender Kumar who is 'Sr.Associate cutomer experience' asked me to that. I simply said that I was facing problem with wireless charging only. can't call and contact service centre again n again. If they're not finding any problem not my problem showed a video proof to you where it's simply justifying the error which was getting. I asked him to refund me in monetary terms or if that not possible kindly issue a coupon of the same amount where can redeem to the same outlet. It's not fulfilling the requirement for the reason I've purchased. So product is still with service centre. don't want that product and want the refund only.
