How often is it OK to charge phone 📱 

What is the frequency 

Or what is range to plug it in for charging 

20 to 30 or 10 to 20 

Is it OK to charge from 80 percent or not

Once or twice a day can upto 100 percent but 85 is the best. Important is to use original charger and cable

If you are so consistent
And leave charger more than hour of charging time to complete
Turn protect battery on it limit to 85
And if you need extra juice charge rest to 95 by turning it off the after 95 turn back on .

And only drain upto 20 - 15
Because after than battery get more strain and stuggles
So if any situation battery at 10 or below
And have no charger
Turn full max power options like limit home apps etc

In these ways you can save battery life
You can even charge in intervals like
If battery at 50 or you need extra juice to keep charged the entire time then you can tricke charge to 85
