Samsung’s One UI 7 stable release still remains a mystery as the company is not clarifying any details regarding the stable progress plan of its latest software skin. Although until this time in the past, fans usually used to speak about the next major Android skin.

While the Galaxy S25 series owners are exclusively enjoying the latest One UI 7 version that runs Android 15 on top, the Galaxy S24 lineup still remains stuck in testing several beta builds. Now that the One UI 7 beta has been released, let’s know where the One UI 7 status actually stands.

One UI 7 Beta Story: Four betas have arrived for the Galaxy S24 series
Considering all the aspects right from the beginning, Samsung began the One UI 7 beta journey for the Galaxy S24 series on 5th December, 2024, which is then followed by the second on 16th December, the third on 6th January, and the fourth on 19th February.

However, a few days after releasing the fourth One UI 7 beta, Samsung released three 4th beta hotfix updates, where the first remained exclusive to the US Galaxy S24 users, while the second hotfix came up in different regions carrying an all-new version number and, of course, a new fix. Lastly, this ends up with a new hotfix that is the 2nd hotfix for the US. Since Samsung itself mentioned the three additional builds as the 4th beta hotfix, then there is no sense in calling it One UI 7 Beta 5.

One UI 7 beta test builds spotted on more devices
Alternatively, it’s confusing that even if previous reports are to be believed, Samsung (via Samsung Support chat) clarified that the Galaxy S23 series is not part of the One UI 7 beta program. However, the Galaxy S23 series has just been spotted on One UI 7 beta test serversNot only the S23 lineup, but the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 have also been spotted on the beta test server builds. Even the Galaxy S24 smartphones have appeared on the test servers carrying a different build number.

Now what’s next?
Since this device’s appearance on One UI 7 beta test servers doesn’t seem to be entirely true, for now, asserting anything regarding Samsung’s One UI 7 stable release will make no sense, as there’s not even a minor hint, although predictions have already been made. But at the end, Galaxy audiences need to sit back and wait until any official confirmation arrives.

Not sure of exact reason but looks like Samsung devs struggling more with one UI 7/Android 15 more than previous versions. Even they couldn't honor security patches itself prove devs are occupied or struggling
