Samsung M31 Audio Problem

I just got my phone like 2 days ago. I havent faced any problems or anything (except this). So, if I'm on a call with someone or I'm using Zoom or Google Meet, all the audio coming from the phone sound terrible. like YouTube or Spotify sound really bad. 

I have really good internet and I've tried this with and without headphones. Sometimes the call itself sounds bad and sometimes the call is fine. 

PLEASE FIND A FIX.

Yup, this means that some app is making your sound experience bad.

You have to find one after which this all started.

I bet it's the problem with that Android 11 update.
It worked perfect before the update

I got an update yesterday for what I think was the android 10 mashup so I installed it
I didn't face the freezing thing problem
