I just got my phone like 2 days ago. I havent faced any problems or anything (except this). So, if I'm on a call with someone or I'm using Zoom or Google Meet, all the audio coming from the phone sound terrible. like YouTube or Spotify sound really bad.
I have really good internet and I've tried this with and without headphones. Sometimes the call itself sounds bad and sometimes the call is fine.
M31s Have Reverse Charging Feature So The the unwanted Power Is also Producing from The Type-c And Head Phone Jack so while We Using Earphones While the Sound Came And The Unwanted power Producing sound is also Effectively noice So Samsung Have A manufacturer problem Thats Not A Software Bug Fix So Samsung Can't Solve This Issue To Your Mobile .They Have to give a Turn off Reverse Charging Feature in Next Update
