I am using Samsung Galaxy Note9. It was working perfectly before an update few days back but after updating to Android10 the camera is not able to focus in auto and pro mode. I ahve done all the settings as suggested by samsung but the issue is not been resolved yet. Please help.
In order to examine the issue occurring in your device kindly send device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details, using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member app> Click on + icon>Send feedback>Error report>Collect log files>attach.
