The event began with a warm welcome from Mr. JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia. He expressed his excitement for this first-ever Samsung Members Connect virtual meet and spoke about the growing strength of the Samsung Members community. Mr. Park also shared Samsung’s vision for the future, focusing on Vision AI — technology that enables devices to see, understand, and interact more intelligently to create seamless and personalized user experiences.
Next, Manasvi Vedhera, Director of Services & App (MX), welcomed everyone to the virtual meet. After his warm greetings, he handed the session over to the team members who briefed attendees about the upcoming segments and highlights of the event.
Following that, Arshiyan Alam shared a detailed overview of Samsung’s AI platforms. He explained how these platforms integrate cutting-edge technologies to enable devices to learn, adapt, and offer personalized experiences. Arshiyan also emphasized the strong security measures built into Samsung’s AI, ensuring that user data is protected and privacy is maintained while delivering smart and seamless interactions.
Next, Aditya Takiar explained the features and benefits of Samsung Wallet, highlighting how it offers a secure, convenient way to manage payments, tickets, and personal information all in one place.
After that, Nitin Kumar Dokania introduced Samsung Health and discussed how it empowers users to take charge of their well-being. He highlighted features like fitness tracking, sleep monitoring, and personalized insights that support a healthier lifestyle through smart, connected technology.
Then, Anshul came up and started talking about my favorite camera feature. It was great to hear him highlight the Virtual Aperture, along with LOG video, HDR video, and the new video call effects — all the features I absolutely loved.
Afterward, we had an engaging Q&A session, where participants got to ask questions and share their thoughts. We then wrapped up the event — our first-ever Samsung Virtual Meet — on a high note, feeling inspired and excited about the future of mobile camera technology.
