To adjust torch brightness, please follow below steps:
1) Drag the status bar downwards to open the notification panel . Swipe downwards on the notification panel to view more quick settings buttons.
2) Tap the Torch text below the Torch icon
3)You can adjust the Torch brightness from Level 1 to Level 5
