Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.

You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,

I have faced this issue few days before and tried FACTORY RESET but failed to overcome this issue after multiple start attempts device is ON but WIFI has gone   ,  seems It is quality issue and SAMSUNG knows it better that after recent android 14 update in F235G , most of the devices are going to face this AUTO Restart issue ,  I an asking SAMSUNG that to maintain the brand value they should accept this.

Thanks

Sir I tried.  But one sentence is always thrown on my face from service centre, call centre or CEO desk is " your handset is out warranty, you have to change motherboard with spending 9k ".

I am pro SAMSUNG follower not mobile, I have purchased washing machine, ACs and TVs from their single store.  But they least concern about your brand loyalty and your feelings towards samsung.

Nothing will happen.
