Samsung A50 mobile data problem

I have a problem in my A50 since 6 months. 4G is always displaying on but data doesn't transfer after few seconds. It transfer few packets of data after some minutes and again the problem. I can't watch even a youtube video from this phone. I didnt try to exchange my phone as I have WiFi everywhere in home and university but I always suffering on the way. Will they give another phone insted of this? I saw lot of samsung users have this problem in the forum

samsung Deta nahi sirf Leta hai. Means Samsung never Give only take from us, be it our money, time, energy. We are fools who are so loyal to brands. Already they huge due to Chinese incursion, if samsung continue to behave like this then it wud be difficult for them in fut also

Yes. I spent thousands of money but if I don't receive the service that I hoped, what is the use of their brand. I have shamed thousands of times in last monts in front of my friends. I don't have time to go to the shop again and leave my phone with them long period of time because of my studies

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)

2- Settings > connection > mobile network > Access Point Names > tap on three dots > Reset APN as default. (If you are using prepaid SIM).

3- Check via another SIM card in the device.

4- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
