Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.
1: We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.
2: Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs, etc. If it is damaged, then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.
3: Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
Note: Kindly open Device Care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3dots (more option) at the top right-hand side > Please select settings> Enable fast cable charging.
4: Please turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS while charging, and background running apps.
5: Avoid the usage of mobile phones during charging.
Note: Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. Charge the device in switch-off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
6: Turn off the multiple applications: When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device.

If the issue still persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Tech TalkSamsung A23 5g al meu (Galaxy A 236B) are o problemă de încărcare foarte lentă după actualizarea la One UI6.
Am instalat Ampere.apk, iar cu One UI6, Samsung A 23 5g al meu, arată încărcare la ~ 450mAh (adică 10-11 ore pentru încărcare 0-100%, iar asta este inacceptabil ).
Am rezolvat problema cu un downgrade la One UI 5.1. (Android 13 - cu firmware stoc A236BXXS4CWK2 )
După downgrade, Samsung A23 5g meu arată (în aplicația Ampere) că se încarcă la 1720 mAh , (adică 3 ore pentru a încărca 0-100%).
Concluzie : One UI6 are o eroare software, care provoacă încărcarea foarte lentă pe Samsung A23 5G.
Sper cu adevărat că lansarea viitoare a One UI 6.1 va rezolva această problemă majoră a software-ului!
