Samsung 65 Inches TV screen problem

I have 65 inches Samsung 4K UHD TV, half screen is showing low colours and half screen is showing good clours. I have raised complaint to customer care, they are remotely resetted to the TV, problem not solved, the technician also visited home, he also not rectified the problem, I know it, it is the back light problem, how to resolve this issue suggest me any please.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue.
