Tech Talk2. Now, open the testing menu of your device and head to the sim settings from which you are unable to send messages(sim 1 or 2). If youre unable to find the settings menu download an app called 'force lte' from playstore.
3. Scroll down in the settings until you see SMSC, which is blank. paste the number you copied here and tap 'update'. Youll get a message 'registered on network' or something like that. Now you can send or receive messages.
P.S. If the number you copied dosen't work, theres a universal number for your carrier given at the end of the page. try that too.

1. Check the message center number:-
Please follow the below steps:- Messages>More (Three dots)>Settings>More settings>Text messages> Tap on Message Center>Enter the correct Message center number and Tap on OK.
Note: Contact your service provider to get the correct message center number.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
