S20 FE Heating Issue

I newly bought S20 FE, while the specs looks great on paper, the device just can't perform because of constant overheating.  The apps just gets closed off due to heating. Such a waste of money..and such disappointment from a Brand Like Samsung !!

They should recall these devices and give out devices with either stable exynos or snapdragon

What samsung does is ask the customer to do some device reset and give the device to the service centre. But problem is in the core. Exynos manages power poorly. I think customers should file a consumer complaint. This device overheats and its the same for all users. This device is faulty

And they don't want to accept this !! I hope we have enough people echoing this so they finally give it a notice !!

Imma using for almost 5 months, heating issue is there but no over heating. Also i do a lot of gaming.
Well it's my point of view.

Is it not forcibly closing apps ? The discharge is quick one the device heats up...what is the onscreen time you get

Dear Support Team, if consumers buy a flagship Device from a Company they trust because of its Brand Name and device has issues. Do you fix the device or do you tell the customers to not use features of flagship device as it will heat it up !! The phone heats up on very basic to minimal use of Camera and other apps !! If i have to restrict apps and not use my device much...why will I spend the money??????

Do you really personally think its a resolution??

So according to this ..best way to keep S20FE is to not use the device at all, right ??
